O For Grace to Trust Him More

The other day I found a non used $10 gift card from Itunes. Are you kidding?! That is like Christmas morning for me! Itunes and me are bff (best friends forever), so this morning I looked for a good version of "Tis so sweet to trust in Jesus" to finish out a worship cd I make every year. It is songs that have helped me get through the last year. I found an amazing version from Casting Crowns. It is just so good. Now let me tell you why this song means so much to me.

Last summer I found out they were going to talk about Toccoa Falls on the news, this is where I went to school. So they talked about the flood and how hard that was on everyone on the campus and community at large. On the news they talked about how they sang this song and how much it meant to all of them. I had not heard it in a long time, so I looked up the words and they hit me like a ton of bricks. It is so sweet to trust Him. But the line that got me the most was "O for grace to trust Him more." That reminded me that it is His grace that allows me to trust He has an amazing plan in my life. I am SO glad I learned to trust Him!
